Section 1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the “Ending Special Mail Privileges for Congress Act of 2014”.

To eliminate the use of the frank for mail transmitted by Members of Congress and Congressional officials, and for other purposes.

“(2) the term “person entitled to send Congressional mail” means a Senator, Member of the House of Representatives, or other person authorized to send Congressional mail under section 3210(b) of title 39, United States Code.”
