Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Generating Renewal, Opportunity, and Work with Accelerated Mobility, Efficiency, and Rebuilding of Infrastructure and Communities throughout America Act ” or the “GROW AMERICA Act” .

(b)

Table of contents— The table of contents of this Act is as follows:

Sec. 2 Definitions

In this Act, the following definitions apply:

(1)

Department— The term “Department” means the Department of Transportation.

(2)

Secretary— The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Transportation.

Sec. 3 Effective date

Except as otherwise provided, this Act, and the amendments made by this Act, shall take effect on October 1, 2014.
