Section 1 Medicare beneficiaries participating in Medicare Advantage MSA may contribute their own money to their MSA

(a)

In general— Subsection (b) of section 138 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking paragraph (2) and by redesignating paragraphs (3) and (4) as paragraphs (2) and (3), respectively.

(b)

Effective date— The amendments made by this section shall apply to taxable years beginning after the date of the enactment of this Act.
