changed The Lacey Act Amendments of 1981 (16 U.S.C. 3371 et seq.) and section 42 Section 5 of title 18, United States Code, shall not apply with respect to any water transfer Public Law 112–237 (126 Stat. 1629) is amended by inserting after “zebra mussels” the North Texas Municipal Water District following: “and other fish, wildlife, and the Greater Texoma Utility Authority using only closed conveyance systems from the plants present in Lake Texoma raw water intake structure to treatment facilities at which all genera and species that are prohibited in accordance with under section 3 of such Act (16 U.S.C. 3372) or such section, respectively, are extirpated and removed from the water transferred.under section 42 of title 18, United States Code”.
