AN ACT

To make revisions to Federal law to improve the conditions necessary for economic growth and job creation, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Jobs for America Act”.

Sec. 2 Table of contents

The table of contents for this Act is as follows:

Sec. 3 PAYGO scorecard

The budgetary effects of this Act shall not be entered on either PAYGO scorecard maintained pursuant to section 4(d) of the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010.
