Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act of 2014

AN ACT

To improve the access of veterans to medical services from the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

1. Short title; table of contents

(a)
Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Veterans Access, Choice, and Accountability Act of 2014”.

Table of contents— The table of contents for this Act is as follows:

2. Definitions

In this Act:
(1)
The term facility of the Department has the meaning given the term facilities of the Department in section 1701 of title 38, United States Code.
(2)
The terms hospital care and medical services have the meanings given such terms in section 1701 of title 38, United States Code.
