AN ACT

To provide for improvements to the rivers and harbors of the United States, to provide for the conservation and development of water and related resources, and for other purposes.

1. Short title; table of contents

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014”.

2. Definition of Secretary

In this Act, the term Secretary means the Secretary of the Army.
