To amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act to remove the non-discrimination requirements relating to health care providers.
Sec. 2 Removing non-discrimination requirements relating to health care providers
Section 2706 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300gg–5) is amended by striking “Non-discrimination in health care” and all that follows through “The provisions of section 1558” and inserting the following:
“The provisions of section 1558”
