United States Job Creation and Manufacturing Competitiveness Act of 2013

To amend the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to modify temporarily certain rates of duty, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)
Short title— This Act may be cited as the “United States Job Creation and Manufacturing Competitiveness Act of 2013”.

Table of contents— The table of contents for this Act is as follows:

Sec. 2 Reference

Except as otherwise expressly provided, whenever in this Act an amendment or repeal is expressed in terms of an amendment to, or repeal of, a chapter, subchapter, note, additional U.S. note, heading, subheading, or other provision, the reference shall be considered to be made to a chapter, subchapter, note, additional U.S. note, heading, subheading, or other provision of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (19 U.S.C. 3007 note).
