AN ACT

To provide for the reform and continuation of agricultural and other programs of the Department of Agriculture through fiscal year 2018, and for other purposes.

1. Short title; table of contents

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Agricultural Act of 2014”.

Table of contents— The table of contents of this Act is as follows:

2. Definition of Secretary of Agriculture

In this Act, the term Secretary means the Secretary of Agriculture.
