To provide for the reform and continuation of agricultural and other programs of the Department of Agriculture through fiscal year 2018, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Federal Agriculture Reform and Risk Management Act of 2013”.

(b)

Table of contents— The table of contents of this Act is as follows:

Sec. 2 Definition of Secretary of Agriculture

In this Act, the term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Agriculture.
