§200302. Establishment of Land and Water Conservation Fund — Inbound Citations

(1) The term “acquired land” means any land acquired within the Conservation Area using amounts from the land and water conservation fund established under section 200302 of title 54.

(a) There are authorized to be appropriated $25,000,000 from the land and water conservation fund established under section 200302 of title 54 to provide funds for the acquisition of land and interests in land under section 460nnn–24 of this title and to enter into nondevelopment easements and conservation easements under subsections (b) and (c) of section 460nnn–42 of this title.

(3) All proceeds from sales of such retained rights of way shall be deposited into the Treasury of the United States and credited to the Land and Water Conservation Fund as provided in section 200302 of title 54.

(1) The term “Fund” means the Land and Water Conservation Fund established under section 200302 of this title.

(a) Any amounts deposited in the Fund under section 200302 for fiscal year 2020 and each fiscal year thereafter shall be made available for expenditure for fiscal year 2021 and each fiscal year thereafter, without further appropriation or fiscal year limitation, to carry out the purposes of the Fund (including accounts and programs made available from the Fund pursuant to the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 (Public Law 116–94; 133 Stat. 2534)).
