  (1) Whenever CBO issues a low-growth report under section 254(i) [2 U.S.C. 904(i)], the Majority Leader of the House of Representatives may, and the Majority Leader of the Senate shall, introduce a joint resolution (in the form set forth in paragraph (2)) declaring that the conditions specified in section 254(i) are met and suspending the relevant provisions of this title,¹ titles III and VI¹ of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 [2 U.S.C. 631 et seq.], and section 1103 of title 31.
