§1226a. Contingent extension of programs — Inbound Citations

  (a) There are authorized to be appropriated for the purpose of this subchapter $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1978. The provisions of section 1226a¹ of this title shall not apply to the authorization made by this subsection.

  (b) Programs under this chapter shall be considered automatically eligible for the one-year contingent extension under section 1226a¹ of this title.
