  (a) The Secretary, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management, shall manage the conservation area to protect the resources specified in section 460uu–21 of this title and in accordance with this subchapter, the Federal Land Management and Policy¹ Act of 1976 [43 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.] and other applicable provisions of law, including those provisions relating to grazing on public lands.

  (1) The Secretary shall make the lands within the areas identified as “Acoma Potential Exchange Areas” on the map referenced in section 460uu–21 of this title available for transfer to the Pueblo of Acoma pursuant to this subsection.
