(a) Within the boundaries of the park the Secretary shall, subject to the availability of appropriated funds, acquire Hawthorn Hill, the Wright Company factory, the Wright Cycle Company Building and Hoover Block, and may acquire other properties, or interests therein, referred to in section 410ww(b) of this title, by donation, purchase with donated or appropriated funds, exchange, or transfer.
