§2732. Medal of honor — Inbound Citations

  (1) The term “Medal of Honor recipient” means a person who has been awarded a medal of honor under section 7271, 8291, or 9271 of this title or section 2732 of title 14.

In the case of a posthumous presentation of the medal, the flag shall be presented to the individual to whom the medal is presented.
