(b) A debtor, in addition to the duties provided in this title and as otherwise required by law, shall comply with the requirements of section 308 and paragraphs (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), and (7) of section 1116 of this title.

(6) in a Chapter 11 small business case, unless the court, for cause, sets a different schedule, file and send to the United States trustee a report under § 308, using Form 425C, for each calendar month after the order for relief—with the following adjustments:• if the order for relief is within the first 15 days of a calendar month, the report must be filed for the rest of that month; or• if the order for relief is after the 15th, the information for the rest of that month must be included in the report for the next calendar month.Each report must be filed within 21 days after the last day of the month following the month that the report covers. The obligation to file reports ends on the date that the plan becomes effective or the case is converted or dismissed.
