# §302. Incorporation by reference


Sections [202](/usc/9/202.md), [203](/usc/9/203.md), [204](/usc/9/204.md), [205](/usc/9/205.md), and [207](/usc/9/207.md) of this title shall apply to this chapter as if specifically set forth herein, except that for the purposes of this chapter “the Convention” shall mean the Inter-American Convention.
