# §9206. Effect on other authorities


Nothing in this chapter affects the authority of the [Secretary](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-2) of Agriculture or the [Secretary](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-2) of Homeland [Security](/usc/7/24.md?p=b) under any other provision of law or program relating to the protection of food supplies, agriculture, or public health.
