# §906a. Use of funds outside the United States or its territories prohibited


No funds provided under the Rural Electrification Act of 1936, as amended [[7 U.S.C. 901](/usc/7/901.md) et seq.], shall be used outside the United States or any of its [territories](/usc/7/913.md?p=4).
