# §7994. Study

- (1) **In general—** The [Secretary](/usc/7/7901.md?p=13) shall conduct a study on the effects on the limitation on [producers](/usc/7/7901.md?p=12) to move quota to a farm other than the farm to which the quota was initially assigned under part I of subtitle B of title III of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 ([7 U.S.C. 1311](https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=(/us/usc/t7/s1311)) et seq.).
- (2) **Report—** Not later than 90 days after May 13, 2002, the [Secretary](/usc/7/7901.md?p=13) shall submit to the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate a report on the results of the study.
