# §7471. Suspension or termination

- (a) **In general—** If the [Secretary](/usc/7/7462.md?p=14) finds that an [order](/usc/7/7462.md?p=8) issued under [section 7463 of this title](/usc/7/7463.md), or a provision of the [order](/usc/7/7462.md?p=8), obstructs or does not tend to effectuate the purposes of this subchapter, the [Secretary](/usc/7/7462.md?p=14) shall suspend or terminate the operation of the [order](/usc/7/7462.md?p=8) or provision.
- (b) **Limitation—** The suspension or termination of any [order](/usc/7/7462.md?p=8), or any provision of an [order](/usc/7/7462.md?p=8), shall not be considered an [order](/usc/7/7462.md?p=8) under this subchapter.
