# §7450. Suspension or termination


The [Secretary](/usc/7/7412.md?p=14) shall, whenever the [Secretary](/usc/7/7412.md?p=14) finds that an [order](/usc/7/7412.md?p=9) or a provision of an [order](/usc/7/7412.md?p=9) obstructs or does not tend to effectuate the declared policy of this subchapter, [suspend](/usc/7/7412.md?p=16) or [terminate](/usc/7/7412.md?p=17) the operation of the [order](/usc/7/7412.md?p=9) or provision. The suspension or termination of an [order](/usc/7/7412.md?p=9) shall not be considered an [order](/usc/7/7412.md?p=9) within the meaning of this subchapter.
