# §6920. Office of Energy Policy and New Uses


The [Secretary](/usc/7/6902.md?p=3) shall establish for the [Department](/usc/7/6902.md?p=1), in the Office of the [Secretary](/usc/7/6902.md?p=3), an Office of Energy Policy and New Uses.
