# §6811. Authority for Secretary to suspend or terminate order


If the [Secretary](/usc/7/6802.md?p=11) finds that an [order](/usc/7/6802.md?p=5), or any provision of the [order](/usc/7/6802.md?p=5), obstructs or does not tend to effectuate the policy of this chapter specified in [section 6801(b) of this title](/usc/7/6801.md?p=b), the [Secretary](/usc/7/6802.md?p=11) shall terminate or suspend the operation of the [order](/usc/7/6802.md?p=5) or provision under such terms as the [Secretary](/usc/7/6802.md?p=11) determines are appropriate.
