# §6310. Suspension or termination of orders


The [Secretary](/usc/7/6302.md?p=16) shall, whenever the [Secretary](/usc/7/6302.md?p=16) finds that the [order](/usc/7/6302.md?p=10) or any provision of the [order](/usc/7/6302.md?p=10) obstructs or does not tend to effectuate the declared policy of this chapter, terminate or suspend the operation of such [order](/usc/7/6302.md?p=10) or provision. The termination or suspension of any [order](/usc/7/6302.md?p=10), or any provision thereof, shall not be considered an [order](/usc/7/6302.md?p=10) within the meaning of this chapter.
