# §6109. Savings provision


Nothing in this chapter may be construed to preempt or supersede any other program relating to mushroom [promotion](/usc/7/6102.md?p=12), [research](/usc/7/6102.md?p=13), [consumer information](/usc/7/6102.md?p=2), or [industry information](/usc/7/6102.md?p=7) organized and operated under the laws of the [United States](/usc/7/6102.md?p=15) or any [State](/usc/7/6102.md?p=15).
