# §6013. Authorization of appropriations

- (a) **In general—** There are authorized to be appropriated for each fiscal year such sums as are necessary to carry out this chapter.
- (b) **Administrative expenses—** Funds appropriated to carry out this chapter shall not be available for payment of the expenses or expenditures of the [Board](/usc/7/6002.md?p=1) in administering any provision of any plan issued under this chapter.
