# §5925d. International organic research collaboration


The [Secretary](/usc/7/5801.md?p=b-6), acting through the Agricultural Research Service (including the National Agricultural Library) and the Economic Research Service, shall facilitate access by research and [extension](/usc/7/5801.md?p=b-5) professionals, farmers, and other interested [persons](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-1) in the United States to, and the use by those [persons](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-1) of, organic research conducted outside the United States.
