# §5675. Technical assistance in trade negotiations


The [Secretary](/usc/7/5602.md?p=3) shall provide technical [services](/usc/7/5602.md?p=4) to the [United States](/usc/7/5602.md?p=6) Trade Representative on matters pertaining to agricultural trade and with respect to international negotiations on issues related to agricultural trade.
