# §5623a. Supplemental agricultural trade promotion program

- (a) **In general—** The [Secretary](/usc/7/5602.md?p=3) of Agriculture shall carry out a program to encourage the accessibility, development, maintenance, and expansion of commercial export [markets](/usc/7/198.md?p=1) for [United States agricultural commodities](/usc/7/5602.md?p=7).
- (b) **Funding—** Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the [Secretary](/usc/7/5602.md?p=3) of Agriculture shall make available to carry out this section $285,000,000 for fiscal year 2027 and each fiscal year thereafter.
