# §518f. Limitation on total expenditures


The total amount expended by the [Secretary](/usc/7/518.md?p=11) from the [Tobacco Trust Fund](/usc/7/518.md?p=10) to make payments under sections [518a](/usc/7/518a.md) and [518b](/usc/7/518b.md) of this title and for the other authorized purposes of the Fund shall not exceed $10,140,000,000.
