# §511h. Publication of information relating to tobacco


The [Secretary](/usc/7/511.md?p=b) is authorized to collect, publish, and distribute, by telegraph, mail, or otherwise without cost to the grower, timely information on the [market](/usc/7/198.md?p=1) supply and demand, location, disposition, quality, condition, and [market](/usc/7/198.md?p=1) prices for [tobacco](/usc/7/511.md?p=f).
