# §473c–2. Penalties for offenses relating to sampling of cotton


Any [person](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-1) violating any provision of [section 473c–1 of this title](/usc/7/473c–1.md) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $1,000, or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
