# §4535. Petition and review; enforcement; investigations


The provisions of sections [4509](/usc/7/4509.md), [4510](/usc/7/4510.md), and [4511](/usc/7/4511.md) of this title shall apply, except when inconsistent with this subchapter, to the [Institute](/usc/7/4531.md?p=6), the [board](/usc/7/4502.md?p=a), the [persons](/usc/7/4502.md?p=g) subject to the order issued under [section 4533(b) of this title](/usc/7/4533.md?p=b), the jurisdiction of district courts of the [United States](/usc/7/4502.md?p=l), and the authority of the [Secretary](/usc/7/4502.md?p=c) under this subchapter in the same manner as such sections apply with respect to subchapter I.
