# §4512. Administrative provisions

- (a) Nothing in this subchapter may be construed to preempt or supersede any other program relating to dairy product [promotion](/usc/7/4502.md?p=i) organized and operated under the laws of the [United States](/usc/7/4502.md?p=l) or any [State](/usc/7/198.md?p=5).
- (b) The provisions of this subchapter applicable to orders shall be applicable to amendments to orders.
