# §4318. Separability


If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any [person](/usc/7/4302.md?p=2) or circumstances is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of this chapter and of the application of such provision to other [persons](/usc/7/4302.md?p=2) and circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
