# §3414. Other programs relating to wheat or wheat food research or nutrition education


Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to preempt or interfere with the workings of any other program relating to [wheat](/usc/7/3402.md?p=a) or [wheat](/usc/7/3402.md?p=a) foods [research](/usc/7/3402.md?p=g) or [nutrition education](/usc/7/3402.md?p=h) organized and operating under the laws of the [United States](/usc/7/3402.md?p=m) or any [State](/usc/7/198.md?p=5).
