# §3318a. Cooperative research projects; agreements with and receipt of funds from State and other agencies


On and after December 30, 1963, the Administrator of the [Agricultural Research](/usc/7/3103.md?p=2) Service may enter into agreements with and receive funds from any [State](/usc/7/3103.md?p=16), other political subdivision, organization, or individual for the purpose of conducting cooperative research projects with such cooperators.
