# §2910. Preemption of other Federal and State programs; applicability of provisions to amendments to orders

- (a) Nothing in this chapter may be construed to preempt or supersede any other program relating to [beef](/usc/7/2902.md?p=1) [promotion](/usc/7/2902.md?p=13) organized and operated under the laws of the [United States](/usc/7/2902.md?p=18) or any [State](/usc/7/2902.md?p=17).
- (b) The provisions of this chapter applicable to the [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10) shall be applicable to amendments to the [order](/usc/7/2902.md?p=10).
