# §2461. Appeals


From the decisions made under sections [2404](/usc/7/2404.md), [2443](/usc/7/2443.md), [2501](/usc/7/2501.md), and [2568](/usc/7/2568.md) of this title appeal may, within sixty days or such further times as the [Secretary](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-2) allows, be taken under the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure. The [United States](/usc/7/2401.md?p=a-9) Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit shall have jurisdiction of any such appeal.
