# §2356. Regulations for practice before the Office


The [Secretary](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-2) shall prescribe regulations governing the admission to practice and conduct of [persons](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-1) representing applicants or other parties before the Plant [Variety](/usc/7/2401.md?p=a-10) Protection Office. The [Secretary](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-2) may, after notice and opportunity for a hearing, suspend or exclude, either generally or in any particular case, from further practice before the Office of Plant [Variety](/usc/7/2401.md?p=a-10) Protection any [person](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-1) shown to be incompetent or disreputable or guilty of gross misconduct.
