# §2329. Register of protected plant varieties


The [Secretary](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-2) shall maintain a register of descriptions of [United States](/usc/7/2401.md?p=a-9) protected plant [varieties](/usc/7/2401.md?p=a-10).
