# §2328. Library


The [Secretary](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-2) shall maintain a library of scientific and other works and periodicals, both foreign and domestic, in the Plant [Variety](/usc/7/2401.md?p=a-10) Protection Office to aid the examiners in the discharge of their duties.
