# §2009i. Interstate collaboration


The [Secretary](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-2) shall permit the establishment of voluntary pooling arrangements among [States](/usc/7/2009.md?p=1), and regional fund-sharing agreements, to carry out projects receiving assistance under this subchapter.
