# §2009cc–15. Removal or suspension of directors or officers


Using the procedures established by the [Secretary](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-2) for removing or suspending a director or an officer of a [rural business investment company](/usc/7/2009cc.md?p=14), the [Secretary](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-2) may remove or suspend any director or officer of any [rural business investment company](/usc/7/2009cc.md?p=14).
