# §1930. Continued availability of appropriated funds for direct real estate loans to farmers and ranchers


Funds appropriated for the purpose of making direct real estate loans to [farmers](/usc/7/1991.md?p=a-1) and ranchers under this subchapter shall remain available until expended.
