# §1736l. Consultation on grain marketing


Congress encourages the [Secretary](/usc/7/1732.md?p=9) of Agriculture, in coordination with other appropriate Federal departments and agencies, to continue to consult with representatives of other major grain exporting nations toward the goal of establishing more orderly marketing of grain and achieving higher farm income for producers of grain.
