# §1424. Utilization of services and facilities of Commodity Credit Corporation


The [Secretary](/usc/7/499a.md?p=b-2), in carrying out programs under [section 612c of this title](/usc/7/612c.md) and [section 1755 of title 42](/usc/42/1755.md), may utilize the services and facilities of the Commodity Credit Corporation (including but not limited to procurement by contract), and make advance payments to it.
